Telemarketing boosts response for security camera system

The telemarketing campaign used by SeaView Video Technology to promote its security camera system was very successful that the company has to double its 10-agent staff to keep up with the demand for the product. The Fort Lauderdale, FL, company believes that the overwhelming response to its video system stem from the innovative features of the product, including its compant size, and multiple applications that were emphasized by its telemarketers to prospective customers.

Phone alerts increase customer satisfaction

Quicken Loans reported that customer satisfaction improved after the direct marketer of loans started using PAR3 Communications' voice-alert system that update mortgage applicants on the status of their loans. The company sends automated voice messages through the PAR3 system, informing customers that a loan package has been approved or that it has received information from customers. Customers can respond to the messages using the touch pad on their phones.

Inova Health System sent digitally produced mailers to increase patient volume for cardiology services. The campaign resulted in additional billing and increase in patient numbers. The process of how the campaign was conducted is discussed.
