The biggest business killer of them all

Article Abstract:

The survival mode is a mental attitude that may pose problems in business management. It involves an excessive dose of the survival instinct such that survival governs all other matters. It also makes people reactive rather than proactive so that the work focuses on what is urgent and not on the significant aspects of business, leaving them unattended and resulting in reduced profits for the company. Managers should learn to recognize the problem and do something about it before the business closes down completely.
