Unfair dismissal?

Article Abstract:

Most UK collateral warranties ban the use of calcium silicate bricks. Calcium silicate is a mixture of sand and flint lime. The bricks are durable, uniform in shape, texture and strength. Calcium silicate bricks which comply with British Standards offer a wide range of loading, exposure and dampness conditions. In their natural condition they offer reflective properties and are an alternative to glazed brickwork. Coloured, multi-coloured and textured bricks are also available. The bricks are unpopular because they may deteriorate in severe frost and shrinking and thermal movement may occur.
