Westfall Mobile Homes: staying ahead of the pack

Article Abstract:

Westfall Mobile Homes of Commerce, OK, survived manufactured home industry's stiff competition by developing and adopting a unique, friendly selling atmosphere. Owners Brenda and Mike Westfall integrated their expertise for improving home appearance with the company's smart people, whom they gained over 25 years in the business, and allotted $100,000 for ad budget. As a result, the Oklahoma retailer generated big dividends and is expecting to earn a combined $22 mil in 1998 home sales.
