PFI break out

Article Abstract:

Costain has been selected to finalise a bid for the 50 milion pounds sterling design-construct-manage-finance Bridgend prison contract, one of the most advanced PFI projects to date. Stuart Fraser, Costain UK construction director believes that 50% of the company's business will come from PFI markets in three to four years time. The returns on prison projects are easy to calculate as the revenue stream can be easily identified.
