1995-99 Toyota Avalon

Article Abstract:

The 1995-1999 Toyota Avalon models drive much like the Toyota Camry except for more body lean and understeer on twisted roads. Their suspensions are firmer but still absorb most bumps, and the sedans do not bounce or feel mushy even on wavy roads. The V-6 engine is silky smooth, nearly silent, and is complemented by a smooth, responsive, automatic transmission. This generation of roomy, competent Avalons may offer little excitement but it has few flaws.

1992-96 Toyota Camry

Article Abstract:

The 1992-1996 Toyota Camry models may be considered the standard-setting vehicles in terms of refinement among mid-sized and compact family cars. They are smoother, quieter and constructed with higher quality levels than a number of more expensive, rival luxury sedans. The smooth and responsive engine provides adequate acceleration and passing power. The suspension provides a soft absorbent ride and easily absorbs most bumps and ruts.
