Confusion over funding

Article Abstract:

Elderly nursing care laws drafted by the NHS are very confusing because the system is based on three separate funding sources which tend to overlap and this deters many who wish to take advantage of the scheme. The poorly thought, poorly drafted scheme is a maze of contradictions making it impossible for anyone to understand the complexities immediately but simple guidelines are presented to help one identify ways to receive funding.

Back-door drug drive

Article Abstract:

Drug giants stand accused of hijacking disease awareness campaigns to sell medicines, using such campaigns to get round laws that forbid public advertising of prescription drugs. It is suggested that in cases where the central theme of an awareness campaign is seen as an important issue, the government and not the drug companies must sponsor the campaign.
