Ring my bell: voice mail

Article Abstract:

Voice mail is increasing its share of the communications market, although it has to be used correctly if it is to be effective. Among voice mail systems are automatic attendants and interactive voice response systems. Voice mail systems must be properly installed and users must receive correct training to ensure that businesses benefit from their usage. The advantages and disadvantages of voice mail systems are presented.
