There are many different types of stain remove available, and 12 all-purpose stain removers were tested and did not perform much better than washing at 40 degrees C. Washable cotton and polycotton were stained and then treated with the products before washing at 40 degrees C. Untreated stains were also machine washing. The products included De-Solv It Universal 2000 at 2.49 pounds sterling, Glo White Stain Remover Power Pack at 1.59 pounds sterling, Stain Devils All purpose at 2.09 pounds sterling and Vanish Liquid at 1.99 pounds sterling.

Companies such as Netscape sell Internet advertising to other companies. Yahoo pays $5 mil for one of its ads. Ads may be linked to key words which the advertiser has bought. The word 'golf' searched for at Yahoo brings an ad and an offer from Igolf. There is room for growth in Internet advertising.
