The geochemistry of young volcanism throughout western Panama and southeastern Costa Rica; an overview
Article Abstract:
An analysis describing volcanism in Panama and Costa Rica is presented. Volcanism in the two areas were generated by oblique aseismic subduction. The aseismic condition may be related to the oceanic lithosphere's subduction. Felsic magmas characterize volcanism in the region. These magmas possess geochemical indication that they metamorphosed from basalt formations. Melting slabs developed through the subduction of young oceanic crusts.

Article Abstract:
Chronic snorers my disturb the business colleagues they travel with, fail to get sufficient sleep themselves and eventually develop hypertension or suffer cardiac arrest. Snoring may be eliminated by losing weight, avoiding alcohol and tilting the bed. Other treatments are described.
