Budget reform in Russia: initial reforms and future prospects

Article Abstract:

Russia decided to reform its budget system in 2004 with the aim of switching to a results-based budgeting system. A method for evaluating the efficiency of budget programs is proposed. The future tasks that Russia needs to do to successfully reform the budget are described.

Local economic policy in Russia in the process of reform
