Case corporation: Maximizing performance in the current market
Article Abstract:
Case Corp's move to reorganize its operations in late 1998 in North America was aimed at strenthening the firm's support for its Case IH clients and dealers. According to the company's VP and general manager for Agricultural Equipment, John Garrison, the structuring resulted in the transfer of construction and parts and agricultural operations under the North American Region. This development is expected to let Case maximize its performance in 1999 while it waits for the market to improve.
