Agreements examined include those with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Australia, Hong Kong, Macao, and New Zealand, along with those in negotiation with Chile, India, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and South Africa. Discussion focuses on how these agreements differ from each other and the implications for China's role in international trade.
