Conflicts and Conflict Resolution in International Anti-trust: Do We Need International Competition Rules?

The wave of company mergers and acquisitions in the world which are driven by globalisation and deregulation could lead to oligopolies in national markets or the world. This paper looks into solutions such as national anti-trust laws applying internationally, or establishing an international competition policy.
