Factors of production in the agro-industrial complex

Article Abstract:

This article discusses the position of land resources in the economic strategy of the Russian Federation as it manages its transition to a market economy. Issues include the change of the structure of land ownership, transferring much agricultural land to private citizens, and which has not led to increased productivity or growth or soil improvement.The authors find that the crisis in the agrarian sphere is due mainly to inefficient state regulation.
