Farm equipment shows grow with technology and international appeal

Article Abstract:

Shows featuring farm equipment have exhibited growth, which was spurred by the need to facilitate the conduction of business on a global scale. Farm Progress of Carol Stream, IL, plans to introduce a new yet-to-be-named farm equipment show in Kinston, NC. Farm Progress' new farm show shares with Tulare, CA's California Farm Equipment Show a commitment to achieving growth for a global-appeal-infused agribusiness and agricultural diversity inspite of their different locations.

Case uses experimental farm site to understand 'systems' of agriculture

Article Abstract:

Agricultural equipment company Case Corp has established a 6,300-acre experimental farm in the rural areas of Illinois near Quincy and Shabbona. The company said that the farm showcases new technologies, from GPS/grid sampling system to seed and crop protection product testing and other agronomic innovations. Other companies working with Case at the farm are Pioneer, UAP/TASC, DeKalb Genetics, Novartis, AgrEvo USA and American Cyanamid.

An innovative launch for a revolutionary product

Article Abstract:

Case Corp has launched an unconventional advertising campaign for its innovative new line of tractors, the IH MX Series Magnum. The campaign, created by Cramer/Krasselt, used the tease-and-reveal approach to build excitement around the revolutionary product. A 12-page insert announced the features of the new tractors, using special studio effects typically seen in luxury car print advertisements.
