Article Abstract:

The method for writing of trade union history may follow a clear chronological order without being considered incomplete. A more sociological, analytical techniques may lead to a ponderous work that is difficult to read, especially if the target readers are members of the union. Furthermore, it is unnecessary as well to belabor accepted points and historical accounts should focus not only on the notable figures but on the common worker through oral history.
