A New Way To Arbitrate Futures Trading Disputes

Article Abstract:

Occasionally a dispute will arise between a broker and a customer. The National Futures Association (NFA) has recently established an arbitration program which is a faster, less costly way of resolving disputes. If a customer feels that there is a legitimate complaint against an NFA member, which caused a loss of money, the customer can demand that an arbitrator settle the issue. To keep down the customer's expenses, NFA arbitration does not require a lawyer. A detailed explanation of the arbitration program is available from the NFA.
