Profit sharing, bonus payment, and productivity: a case study of Chinese state-owned enterprises

Article Abstract:

Profit sharing and bonus incentives strongly affect the performance of state-owned enterprises in China. An increase in productivity meant also an increase in profits, making this strategy beneficial to individual employees, the enterprise and the state. Labor quality also demonstrates a positive impact on the productivity of the enterprises.
