Small Business: Compensation

Article Abstract:

The rise in worker compensation over the past three months to a seasonally adjusted net 17 percent is reported, down two points from January and is 17 points below the record high reached in 2000 and one of the lowest readings since 1993. The plans to raise compensation are at a seasonally adjusted net 9 percent of all firms, down three points.

Article Abstract:

The rise in worker compensation to a seasonally adjusted net 19 percent is reported which is 15 points below the record high reached in 2000 and one of the lowest readings since 1993. The plans to raise compensation are steady at a seasonally adjusted net 12 percent of all firms.
