Article Abstract:

Results of a survey conducted in November 2003 in the United States by the National Federation of Independent Business Owners (NFIB), based on questionnaires sent to its members, indicate the status of inventories. Decumulation for the 32nd consecutive month was reported while 14 percent planned additions to stocks and 14 percent planned inventory reductions.

Small Business inventories

Article Abstract:

The trends in inventory changes and inventory satisfaction are discussed and data for the period 1998-2003 are presented. The continuing liquidation of inventories by small business owners is discussed.
