Small business inventories

Article Abstract:

A survey is undertaken to find whether the firm increased or decreased its inventories. The results indicate that fourteen percent reported inventory gains in recent October 2003 month and eighteen percent reported reduction in stocks.

More small business owners reported inventory reductions than gains by a one-point margin. While more were satisfied with current inventory stocks, there were many who planned additions to stocks.
