Over the past 18 months, Doncaster has seen the creation of 7,000 new jobs, while the last year alone has seen UKPd180 mil worth of new investment, however, the local population does not have the skills to take advantage of the new opportunities that are opening up and the jobs are being filled by people from outside the immediate area.
