Media Reviews Filmstrips: The Biology of Nuclear War

Article Abstract:

The Biology of Nuclear War is a terrifying filmstrip which explores the short term and long term results of an atomic bomb explosion on plants, animals, the environment and ecosystems. By using artists' views, and photographs of Nagasaki and Hiroshima, the film leaves the viewer with the impression that 1945 must never happen again. The filmstrip is recommended as a catalyst for discussion of the use of nuclear weapons.
