Article Abstract:

The private space industry, called NewSpace, is temporarily setting aside its ambition for deep space exploration and the moon to concentrate on suborbital travel, such as a quick trip to the edge of the atmosphere. The possibility of huge profits in the budding industry is attracting large corporations, such as Virgin Galactic, as well as several smaller entrepreneurs.
