TV service tunes into clearing

Article Abstract:

Hobsons Publishing has launched a Teletext service called Selector which provides information on United Kingdom universities. Students and their parents can obtain data prior to choosing a university. Users only need a phone and a Teletext screen. Hobsons also offers an internet service giving this information but sees the Teletext service as likely to reach a wider audience. The service does not provide short cuts but enables applicants to be more informed.
