Toward parental choice

Article Abstract:

Public schools are not the only institutions that should be supported by the state. Private schools, whether religious or not, must also to be entitled to government funds. When this happens, parents may send their children to less expensive private schools. Thus, the time is ripe abolish monopoly in education.
