What kind of shape is your management style in?

Thus, understanding individual characteristics and preferences will greatly contribute to a more harmonious manager-subordinate relations. Myers-Briggs first scale categorizes individuals as either introverts or extroverts, depending on where they draw their source of energy. In the next scale, individuals are classified as sensing if they make use of their five senses or intuitive if they go by "sixth sense" in processing information. The third scale presents individuals as thinking or feeling depending on their basis for decisions. In the last scale, people are classified as the judgment type if they lead an organized life or perception if their lifestyles are spontaneous. All of these characteristics can contribute to a company and build on each other's strengths.
