Warwick back in the dock

Article Abstract:

The Employment Appeal Tribunal has ordered that claims of discrimination and victimisation by Yael Kahn, former Internet consultant for Warwick University, be reheard after concluding that she did not get a fair hearing at her original tribunal. The Appeal Court found that the original tribunal made a "serious error of fact" when it disregarded written evidence supplied by John Bennett, Kahn's trade union representative, believing it to have been supplied under duress in hospital the day before his death in 2002.
