Retailers Abt, Solid Signal, and SonyStyle.com give advice on redesigning Websites. The retailers suggest that mirroring the in-store experience, enriching product information and focusing on different elements of the Website is key to improving the customers' online buying experience. Alliances with third parties to the likes of Google analytics should be considered also for sorting Web-generated data, and being certified for security seals are necessary to gain consumer confidence.
