New HF transceiver technology benefits videoconferencing

Article Abstract:

SICOM Inc's new LPI LPD HF transceiver is the first practical HF video product that can provide secure wideband data communications. Exhibited at the Defense Dept's 1995 Joint Warrior Interoperability Demonstration, the LPI LPD showed its ability to continuously transmit and receive encrypted broadband data virtually anywhere and under difficult conditions.
