Streamlining the service repair experience

Article Abstract:

Consumer satisfaction plays a large role in the performance criteria that administrators use to rank servicers and reward them with more business. It was observed that the quality of the customer's repair experience is tied directly to the quality of the administrators' service networks, their servicers, their systems and their protocol for communication.
