Article Abstract:

The major benefit of attending a conference of Electrical Contractors' Association in Portugal is that one gets to absorb the spirit of the conference and also attend the whole conference, instead of attending it just for a day. The involvement was more, the meetings more fulfilling and a lot more got done with fellow delegates over tricky issues of the industry. One vital fact that emerged was that a large number of the Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA) members are small and medium usized firms (SMEs), usually family owned and their needs and staffing are different from those of large firms, but both have a vital requirement, payments in time.
