Turbulence forecasted for AS&D industry

Article Abstract:

A perfect storm developing in the aviation, space and defense (AS&D) industry that significantly erodes the ability of the United States to provide leadership in this sector is highlighted. Organizations need to be creative in designing their own solutions, such as retention incentives coupled with robust training and learning processes, to prevent this storm from impacting.
