Classifying reactive chemicals

Article Abstract:

A lack of accurate knowledge about the chemistry of reactive chemicals has been a cause of numerous reactive chemical hazards. A new classification for reactive chemicals based on calorimetric data and a Reactivity Rate Index (RRI) is proposed. It is a simple and effective classification, which can be refined for various compositions and conditions.
