Article Abstract:

Process mapping is an organized way to record all the activities performed by a person or machine, with a customer or on materials, it can be carried out for manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes. All the activities in any process can be grouped into six categories that are operations, transportation, delay, inspection, storage and rework.

The advantages of using KLOK valves in bodies of machines in manufacturing plants are discussed. KLOK valves are flow control devices that can make a fluid start or stop flowing through a section of pipe.
