Carbon nanotubes take the heat off chips: Purdue scientists find flexible filaments best

Purdue University scientists have found out that making nanotubes effective in heat conduction is to make them flexible. Controlling the way in which the tubes made contact with the heat sink is critical to effectively ventilate computer chips.
