AIChE sustainability index: strategic commitment to sustainability

Article Abstract:

The results of an assessment of the strategic commitment to sustainability of eleven major chemical companies are discussed. The assessment shows that the companies scored high marks on the basis of Stated Commitment and Commitment to Voluntary Codes but garnered low scores for Sustainability Reporting and Sustainability Goals and Programs.
