Home developers continue to fulfill demands for more homes even though there has been an upward revision on interest rates and, the Government forecasts that value of public and private housing will remain steady. Companies that can benefit most are the wiring accessory makers and electrical contractors and many are in the advanced stage of launching various initiatives to satisfy this demand.
