Achieving leadership in environmental R&D

Article Abstract:

R&D management executives are pursuing environmental concerns and are serious about developing environmentally safe products. To accomplish this, research and development (R&D) activities should involve choosing the correct planning methods, adopting the appropriate review processes and systems and promoting innovative approaches. In addition, R&D management should work together with other key departments in the firm to develop a unified environmental philosophy.
