All those private limited companies which have annual earnings up to 5.6 million pounds will be exempted from the yearly audit in relation to the accounting year that ends on or after 30th March 2004. However, the main idea of having an yearly audit is that the management gets a clear picture of whether the accounts of the organization are maintained as per the legal requirements and also if there are any fraudulent practices are being followed or not and also a clean auditors report is very much essential for the directors.

Prevention of incidents in the chemical manufacturing is very crucial, and hazards and warning signs should be known and managed properly. Investigations made by the United States Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board on chemical incidents, and the lessons learned from them, are discussed.
