Article Abstract:

TL 9000, which provides single quality management standard for the entire telecommunication industry supply chain, will help managers and employees internalize the importance of quality and customer satisfaction. It will provide a system of inter related process allowing every one in the customer supplier value chain to speak the same language with common set of goal and objectives.

QuEST Forum's TL 9000 measurements handbook Release 4.0
