Document-control software: stop the paper chase

Article Abstract:

Document-control software is an important tool for companies that want to effectively manage their data without having to use reams and reams of paper. This type of program allows users to file each document they create in a centralized database and to allow others in their organization to retrieve the current version of the file from their own desktops. The advantages of such a software are better quality, lower production costs, and faster time to market.
