Electronic meeting software makes communicating easier

Article Abstract:

Electronic meeting software (EMS) is a new method to get information to implement the results of an audit survey. The technology decreases noise due to discussions and is more effective. People taking part in EMS have equal participation and a person who conveys ideas need not be known to others present in the meeting, as people need not face each other. Moreover, members need not await their turn to speak, as the information can be processed at a later time and there is no overloading of information.
