Under the terms of the deal, Martin will develop and manufacture the equipment and take care of its installation and maintenance, while Nalco will formulate and supply dust- suppression chemicals.

Montgomery Watson Inc of Pasadena, CA, and Harza Engineering Co of Chicago, IL, have agreed to merge their operations. They will create a new company, named Montgomery Watson Harza, that will have 5,000 employees in 30 countries, and over $680 million in annual revenues. With the consolidation, the new firm will have Montgomery Watson's knowhow in water and wastewater, and Harza's expertise in the energy, water and infrastructure markets.
