Enhanced Matlab

Article Abstract:

Math Works Inc. releases the latest version of Matlab, a popular and powerful scientific software package that features a variety of built-in mathematical functions. The Matlab Version 5.2 adds new features and enhancements. Most of the changes are seen in the refinements of the user-interface. It also features an editor that displays tabs at the bottom of the screen for navigating between files. Other changes are language enhancements and persistent variables in functions. Several new functions were added to better control the 3D viewing orientation. The Version 5.2 appears at the same time as the improved versions of the Matlab Compiler and C/C++ Math Libraries.
