Article Abstract:

New ways to harness engineer's creativity and technique in which managers and companies can reap the benefits of productive creativity within their organizations is detailed. The ways include teaching employees to evaluate themselves, recognizing the fear of job insecurity among workers, rotating engineers through different jobs and many more.
