Get yourself and your project organized

Article Abstract:

Project management in modern manufacturing has become vastly complex in the late 1990s and money can be lost in mistakes committed due to poor note taking, poor planning or the establishment of unrealistic goals. There are a broad variety of project management software programs available to handle as many different project situations as possible. Ultimately however, projects succeed or fail not because of the software but because of how well the supervisors organize and plan them.
