Getting technical

Article Abstract:

The U.K. government has introduced changes in the apprenticeship programme to bring it on par with the rest of the world. Technical Certificates are vocationally related qualifications and deliver the underpinning knowledge and understanding required by the Non Vocational Qualification (NVQ) earlier and additionally will be required to spend more time in the classroom. The changes mean that the advanced apprenticeship training will now span a slightly longer time and comprise of three parts instead of two earlier, one of which has been split.
