Have you checked your SPC program lately?

Article Abstract:

Some statistical process control (SPC) users are dedicated to its concept because they know that it will benefit their operations in the long-term. Unfortunately, other users are forced to implement SPC because they realize that customers want it. The second type of users will not be able to maximize the benefits of SPC because commitment is a key factor in the viability of SPC. It is advisable for users to regularly evaluate their SPC program and ensure that it remains compatible with their objectives.

While quality control is carried out effectively, safety is also emphasized in the ISO 9000 program.
